38.1. Many people nowadays celebrate St. Valentine's Day. The aim of the project I am currently working on is to find out the most popular Valentine's Day gifts among young adults in Zetland. As part of my project, I have found and analyzed some relevant data presented in the table.
According to the data, there is quite a wide range of presents young people traditionally buy for their beloved. It is clear that the majority of the respondents (38%) consider flowers the best gift. Moreover, a great number of young people (27%) prefer buying soft toys as a present for St. Valentine's Day. It is worth mentioning that presenting perfume is the best idea for 18% of the respondents.
Surprisingly, only 4% of the respondents think of buying jewellery as Valentine's Day presents for their sweetheart. It is three times less popular present than tickets to the cinema. To my mind, good quality jewellery costs a lot nowadays while going to the cinema can become not expensive but unforgettable surprise.
One problem that can arise with choosing a gift is that sometimes people forget about the special day. Unfortunately, it happens and it is unpleasant for everybody. One solution to this problem is to use special appliance that reminds people about special days in advance and suggests brilliant ideas to celebrate them.
In conclusion, I believe that the best present for Valentine's Day is spending this day together. I think it is great to do something unusual like taking a snowboarding lesson. (251 words)

According to the data, the young people in Zetland have quite a wide range of skills to learn. Obviously, the most popular of them is driving a car, 46% of the respondents have chosen it. Also, the great number of the young Zetlanders (20%) name boxing as a skill they would like to learn. Moreover, dancing is chosen by 16% of the respondents.
It is worth mentioning that speaking a foreign language is twice as popular as playing the guitar among young people in Zetland. To my mind, the main reason is that young people travel a lot, so studying foreign languages can be rather useful.
However, there is one problem that one can face developing new skills, it is very difficult to practice something new without any help. For instance, young drivers can feel insecure or vulnerable, sometimes even helpless driving alone. One solution to it is to arrange volunteer centre where people can ask an experienced driver to accompany them.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that learning something new is very important. I think new skills develop people’s mind and imagination as well as it helps find new interests. (240 words)
