The aim of the project I am currently working on is to find out why some Zetlanders refuse to do sports regularly. According to the data, there is quite a wide range of reasons of avoiding keeping fit. It is clear that the majority of the respondents do not pleasure in doing sports, at 48%. Meanwhile, some interviewed have said they just have no time or company (11% and 10% respectively).
It is worth mentioning that lack of motivation is slightly more frequent answer than spending a lot of money when it comes to keeping fit. Obviously, it is very difficult to start doing something new, a person should regard sport as one of life's necessities.
