The aim of the project I am currently working on is to find out leisure activities most popular among young adults in Zetland. As part of my project, I have found and analyzed some relevant data presented in the table.
According to the data, the younger generation in Zetland has quite a wide range of tastes when it comes to spend free time. It is clear, that the vast majority of the respondents prefer surfing the internet, 47% of the young adults have named it. Also, 25% of the interviewed young people like going to the gym, whereas going swimming, playing football and playing video games appear to be the least popular pastimes.
It is worth mentioning that spending time doing sports is slightly more popular than surfing the internet. To my mind, younger generation think about their health a lot nowadays.
One problem that can arise with leisure activities is that young people study and work a lot and sometimes do not have enough time for doing sports. One solution to this problem is to change the opening hours of the gyms in order to the youth can go there before work.
In conclusion, I think that the most popular leisure activities among young adults are very different. They spend their time on keeping fit as well as having fun. (236 words)

According to the data, there is quite a wide range of ways of keeping fit. It is clear that doing yoga is at the top of the table, 42% of the respondents have said that do it regularly. Going on a diet as well as going to the gym are also quite popular answers with 16%, whereas becoming a vegetarian and changing sleeping schedule appear to be the least popular ways to keep fit in Zetland.
It is worth mentioning that going on a diet is slightly more preferable than becoming a vegetarian when it comes to keeping fit. Obviously, it is very difficult to eliminate animal products from a diet, so that a few people can do it.
One problem that can arise with keeping fit is that people usually forget about their health. What is why it is necessary to find a way how to help them make healthy habits. For instance, a special appliance can remind to do physical exercises or drink some water.
In conclusion, I think that keeping fit plays an important role in people’s life. People should care of their health as it is a way to live long and happy life. (251 words)
